Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) is the conducting body for admission in MD/MS/DIPLOMA courses. NEET PG 2019 result has been declared on January 31, the conducting body will soon announce the applications for admission in medical and dental courses. The admission process for Karnataka PG medical courses will be held in online mode through counselling. Candidates who will apply KEA for PG medical application form 2019 are included in the applicant list considering their application forms are accepted by the Karnataka Examination Authority will be eligible to participate in the document verification. After the document verification KEA will release its verified merit list. Candidates who will in the verified merit list then they are eligible for counselling. For admission in PG medical courses in Karnataka will be taken on the basis of NEET PG score and choices submitted in Karnataka PG medical counselling will be considered for preferences.

i) 100% of seats in state government collegesii) 33% of seats in private non-minority collegesiii) 20% of seats private minority (religious & linguistic) colleges.
Only those candidate who have completed MBBS from an college located from Karnataka.
42% seats of colleges-i) GMP Merit – Private seats (GMP): 50% of the above 42% seats.ii) Open seats (OPN): The remaining 50% of the above 42% seats.55% seats of colleges-i) 66% seats are reserved for religious and minority.ii) 50% of the 34% seats will be reserved for GMP while the remaining 50% seats will be falling under OPN quota.
Candidates who have completed MBBS from an college located in Karnataka are eligible for GMP For OPEN Seats , candidates mandatory to complete MBBS from the Karnataka
15% of the total seats of colleges are reserved for NRI candidates.
NRI or Those parents who is NRI are eligible for NRI quota seats
10% of the total seats of colleges.
